Children Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Incubator does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we h3ly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Recruitment Personal Data Policy
Any Personal Data shared with Webhelp when applying for a position are necessary for the recruitment process and will only be used for this purpose.
This is why we may need to share your Personal Data, such as your Identification data, life related data (CV, Educational records) with our clients or with other entities of the Webhelp group. In such case, any transfer will be made under strict binding corporate agreements, including EU standards clause available at request. For some particular positions, we may need to proceed to automated decision-making.
Of course, we grant you the access right to our data, to log a complaint with a supervisory authority or to request access to, rectification, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing concerning you, to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. You can contact our Data Protection Officer. We will retain all data related to your application for two years unless it becomes clear that an offer of employment will not be made, or unless you instruct us differently.
